Copy of Parking Receipts
If the machine does not print a receipt or you need a copy of your parking receipt at a later date, please email jestout@santafenm.gov or contact 505.955.2900. It is important to save your ticket number so the staff can find your receipt. If this cannot be found, license plate number or last 4 digits of the payment method can also be used to find the ticket.
Pro Tip
- Remove your sunglasses, they can make the machine hard to read.
- Take a photo of your ticket after you park. That way you can find the number easily for a reprint.
